After implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution, CMNet was able to automate the sales process, through Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online solution, which guarantees CMNet’s employees an online tool available from anywhere in the world, with fast and easy access.
Following a brief period of installation, CMNET can have a Sales Pipeline available in real time, managing sales opportunities and ensuring traceability of the sales process from potential opportunity (lead) until the completion of the sale. At the same time CMNET achieved a significant decrease in the time spent on administrative tasks related to the sales process.
