Link MS successfully implemented Microsoft CRM Online Solution in CMNet Europe
CMNet selected the online platform of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution for installing a “Customer Relationship Management” (CRM) solution for external markets.

By implementing this solution CMNet was searching for a tool that would fit the current working process, but at the same time would allow the corporate methodology to be followed, with the ability of being multilingual, allowing the 13 countries where CMNet group operates to work under the same model.

After implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution, CMNet was able to automate the sales process, through Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online solution, which guarantees CMNet’s employees an online tool available from anywhere in the world, with fast and easy access.

Following a brief period of installation, CMNET can have a Sales Pipeline available in real time, managing sales opportunities and ensuring traceability of the sales process from potential opportunity (lead) until the completion of the sale. At the same time CMNET achieved a significant decrease in the time spent on administrative tasks related to the sales process.
