Link Management Solutions implements LinkProject Solution in Baker Tilly Portugal, a company member of one of the largest world associations offering integrated solutions for professional services in Audit, Tax Consulting, Financial and Management Consulting, including a wide range of skills and technical expertise.
Baker Tilly Portugal had no information about the profitability of its projects, so it selected LinkProject to obtain management information and hence increase productivity.
Integrated with Dynamics NAV management system, used internally by Baker Till as a management and work tool, the implementation of LinkProject solution provided the Client with a tighter control of projects, as well as the ability to provide information to all Managers for managing more effectively the current projects, analysing and adjusting in real time, and easily verifying the projects’ profitability in each unit.
According to Paulo Carrasqueira, responsible for the Project in Baker Tilly, “all employees were easily engaged because of ease-of-use portal where they enter time and expenses.” He also added that “billing cycle was shortened and the expenses accounting record, since is it now automated, generates less errors and the time for enter data is significantly reduced.”
Subsequently, the system was upgraded using the RTC version, which increased even further the ease of access to information. This version, customised to each employee, hides 90% of the unnecessary features for performing a certain role and highlights the actions and information required by the employee. An organized window is displayed with the future tasks for helping the user set priorities for his tasks and work in a productive, stimulating and fun environment.
