In the seminar asked by the Government of Benguela Province, last 21st and 22nd March, the motto for the lecture of link’s Management Consulting unit was “Human Resources Management in Local Public Sector and the main challenges for the future of Managing People” in cooperation with GB Consultores Reunidos. At the opening session, the Hon. Deputy Governor for social and political sector, praised the importance of human capital for the country's development and to improve the performance of public bodies.
Together with the Provincial Government, Link developed one of the best tools for the public managers to learn the main legal guidelines concerning Human Resources Operational Management in Angola’s Public Administration.
At the same time, basis were created for a discussion open to all participants, aiming the identification of specific measures for modernization and development of Human Resources Management tools in different public bodies.
The high number of participants in this seminar surprised the speakers and the organization, which promised to leverage the improvement ideas and projects that will contribute to a Human Resources Management more focused in the key strategic targets of Benguela Province.
